  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

  • Certain items such as intimate products, personalized items, and gift cards are non-returnable.

2. Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged product, we’re happy to send you a replacement. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to avoid delays or lost packages.
